Chocolate Pie

Cook time: 10 minutes
Total time: 4 hours 10 minutes
Ingredients:
1 pie crust
1 ½ cups sugar
¼ cup corn starch
¼ teaspoon salt
4 whole egg yolks
6 ½ ounce chocolates
2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons butter
Whip cream to top.
Directions
Combine sugar, corn starch, and salt in medium saucepan.
Pour in milk and egg yolks and whisk together.
Stir over medium heat until mixture barely comes to a boil and thick , 6-8 minutes when bubbling and thick take off heat. Add chocolate, vanilla, butter, and stir until combined.
Pour pudding into pie crust and put into fridge.
Cut and serve.

Chicken Wings & Hot Sauce

Directions
Rinse and drain raw chicken wings
Place on paper towel – pat dry
Mix salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder & garlic powder together and sprinkle or rub on wings
Put oil in frying pan on stove & heat up
Put flour in Ziploc bag, place wings in bag & shake
Place wings in got oil & cook approximately 10 minutes
Remove from pan – put in serving dish
Serve with hot sauce
