Smothered Pork Chops
2 thick chops
2 Tbsp. Cooking oil
2 potatoes
1 small onion
1 can mushroom soup
½ tsp. Salt
Sear chops in heavy skillet, then add cooking oil. Pare
potatoes and slice over chops. Dice onion and add. Pour
soup over and dust with salt. Cook over low heat until
meat and potatoes are tender

Meat Loaf 2 lb. Ground beef
3 slices bread
2 eggs
1 small onion
1 bell pepper
Heinz 57 sauce
Mozzarella or American cheese
Add to beef moist bread, eggs, onion, pepper, salt, 3
tablespoons Heinz 57 sauce and enough milk to make
mixture moist. Pat out flat and sprinkle cheese on top.
Roll up and put in loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
