Most Delicious Strawberry Cake
Cake:
1 box white cake mix (or use strawberry cake mix)
3 ounce box of strawberry Jello
4 eggs
3/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup of frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
*add enough drained strawberry juice back to beries to equal 1 full
cup
Preheat oven to 350
Mix together cake mix, Jello, eggs, oil and strawberries in juice
Mix two minutes or until all ingredidents are well blended.
Pur into 9×13 rectangular pan that has been sprayed with cooking
spray.
Bake at 350-degrees for 30-35 minutes. Prick center of cake for
doneness
Take out of oven and cool for 10 minutes on baking rack.
While cake is cooking, using blender, mash strawberrie to go into
icing.
Icing (Option 1)
1 box confectioner’s sugar
1 stick of butter or cream chees 1/2 cup of strawberries
Icing (Option 2)
2 large containers of cream chees icing, 1/2 cup of strawberries,
blended into icing.

Turkey Casserole
6 cups of chopped turkey
4 eggs, boiled and shredded
1 cup celery, chopped
8 oz. can water chesnuts
1 cup mayonnaise
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 small jar pimentos
Combine all ingredients. Place in casserole dish and bake at 350
degrees for 30 minutes.
