Nutty Monkey Bread

4  10-count cans refrigerated biscuits

1 ½ cups sugar

2 tablespoons cinnamon

1 cup chopped nuts

3 tablespoons water

Preheat… oven to 350 degrees.

Grease… bundt pan.

Cut… each biscuit into 4 pieces.

Combine… sugar and cinnamon in plastic bag. Add biscuit pieces until biscuits are coated with cinnamon-sugar.

Alternate… layers of biscuits and nuts in prepared bundt pan.

Combine… remaining cinnamon-sugar, butter and water in saucepan over medium heat.

Bring… to a boil, stirring constantly.  Pour over biscuits in bundt pan.

Bake… for 30 minutes. Place serving plate on top of pan.  Turn plate and pan over carefully.  Remove pan.

Serve… Monkey Bread hot or cold.

Yields… 20 servings.

Jason’s Taco Casserole

  1. pound ground beef

1 envelope taco seasoning mix

1 16-ounce can chili beans

1 28-ounce can stewed tomatoes

½ cup water

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 8-ounce package corn chips

2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

Preheat… oven to 350 degrees.

Cook… ground beef in skillet until brown and crumbly, stirring frequently; drain.

Add… seasoning mix, chili beans, tomatoes, and water.  Mash tomatoes with spoon; mix well.

Simmer… for 5 minutes. Add mozzarella cheese; stir until melted.

Sprinkle… corn chips in 9×13-inch baking dish.  Spoon ground beef mixture over chips.  Top with Cheddar cheese.

Bake… for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Yields… 6 to 8 servings.
