Huge crowds attended the 51st Reelfoot Arts and Crafts Festival last weekend.

This year, Lake County citizens, were blessed with beautiful Autumn weather all weekend for the annual Reelfoot Arts and Crafts Festival. Attendees were witness to laughter and smiles everywhere.
Happiness was contagious. Arms were full of great buys from the vendors. Food trucks kept a long line as they served BBQ, southern Sweet tea and more. Breakfast was offered by many local businesses.
Reelfoot Quick Stop grilled up some delicious t-bone steaks served with loaded bake potatoes, rolls, and salad.
They also served grilled hamburgers and other items. Their prices were unbeatable and the food was grilled to perfection. Jimmy Leake lined up some awesome music for everyone to enjoy. Sitting in the shade, sipping sweet tea, and listening to each artist play and sing was a peaceful experience.
Vendors had everything from clothing to Christmas decorations. Shoppers continuously loaded their arms with many items as they made their way back to their cars.
Parking was readily available and many groups took advantage of fund raising ($5.00) for parking spots.
Ellington Hall offered exhibits for festival goers to enjoy. Activities were even offered for the “non shoppers”. All in all this 51st Reelfoot Arts & Crafts Festival will be remembered as one of the best festivals in Tennessee. We are looking forward to the 52nd Reelfoot Arts and Crafts Festival to be even bigger and better.

Thousands gathered from across the region attend the 51st Annual Reelfoot Arts & Crafts Festival.
The Festival has become a tradition not just for families within Lake County but across the Nation. This year over 300 vendors from over 15 different states were present.

“I am proud to be a part of this awesome event. I remember coming here as a child with my family. It’s
amazing to see all the hard work that is put in to hosting this event each year. I never realized what it takes to put it all together. The whole county comes together to prepare for an event like this.” -Amber Mooring
“It takes so much work from so many folks here in our community to make the festival a success. I am grateful to be a apart of this event, and I am so thankful for everyone in our community doing exactly what we do best; being so welcoming to all of the vendors and visitors. It is great to see all of the clubs, businesses, churches, schools, and other organizations take part in the festival. We are already looking forward to next year”. -Jaxon Neil
