In this civil action, it appearing from the sworn Petition to Quiet Title, Motion for Publication, and Affidavit for Service by Publication filed herein, that the whereabouts of the Respondent, William H. Lindamood, are unknown to the Petitioner.
It is accordingly ORDERED that service by publication be made in Lake County Banner for four (4) consecutive weeks as to the William H. Lindamood named in this cause and that he be required to serve an answer upon the Petitioner's attorney, Jarred S. Conway, whose address is 322 N. Church Ave.; P.O. Box H, Dyersburg, Tennessee 38024, within 30 days after the last date of this publication and file the same also with the Clerk of the above-named court in defense of the Petition filed against her by the Petitioner. If she fails to do so, judgment by default will be taken against her for the relief demanded in the petition.
