Chocolate Pie
6 eggs
2 ½ cup - sugar
5 Tbsp. - flour
1 stick - margarine
2 cups - milk
3 Tbsp. - cocoa
1 tsp. - vanilla
Mix sugar, flour & cocoa well, then add milk, eggs yolks and
margarine. Bring to a boil then cook over medium heat until
thick. Stir in vanilla. Pour into baked pie shells. Top with
meringue and brown. Makes 2 pies.

Chocolate Chess Pie
2 eggs, well beaten
1 ¼ cup - sugar
3 Tb - spCocoa
1 small can - Pet Milk
½ stick - butter, melted
1 tsp. - vanilla
Mix & pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
