Community Night went off with a splash after having to change the date because of severe weather.
Each side of the road was lined with tents. Local businesses were ready for the children. Gibson Electric was given out hard hats (plastic) like their line men wear. The children loved them. School supplies were everywhere.
Middle School Cheerleaders were present along with Middle School band. The Hutcheson Brothers entertained the crowd.
After door prizes were given out, everyone slowly made their way to the football stadium for the first home game.
