NOTICE

The City of Tiptonville has determined a need for Engineering Consultant and Grant
Administration Services in conjunction with the State of Tennessee-Department of
Transportation Grant. This is a Multimodal Access Grant which has been awarded to the city.
The city is seeking Statements of Qualifications from interested firms. Services to be provided
include Engineering, Site Acquisition, Permitting, Grant Administration Services and other
related services associated with the completion of this project. Proposals for Engineering
Services only, or Grant Administration Services only, or for both services combined, may be
submitted.
Proposals will be evaluated upon the following criteria for each service to be provided:
1. Past experience in this type of project (Relative Importance: 25%)
2. Staffing Availability to perform the required services (Relative Importance: 25%)
3. Demonstrated ability to meet schedules without compromising sound engineering
practices (Relative Importance: 25%)
4. Time since last project with the City of Tiptonville (Relative Importance: 25%)

Proposals will be ranked by the City Mayor, City CMFO, Vice-Mayor and one sitting
Alderperson. All proposals should be submitted to the following address no later than 1:00
P.M., June 13, 2025.
