 NOTICE OF SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE’S SALE

WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated May 25, 2022, executed by JENNIFER MOORE and TERRY MOORE conveying certain real property therein described to DYER LAND TITLE COMPANY, INC., as Trustee, as same appears of record in the Register`s Office of Lake County, Tennessee recorded May 26, 2022, in Deed Book 63, Page 4; and

WHEREAS, the beneficial interest of said Deed of Trust was last transferred and assigned to Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC  who is now the owner of said debt; and

WHEREAS, the undersigned,Rubin Lublin TN, PLLC, having been appointed as Substitute Trustee by instrument to be filed for record in the Register's Office of Lake County, Tennessee. 

NOW, THEREFORE, notice is hereby given that the entire indebtedness has been declared due and payable, and that the undersigned, Rubin Lublin TN, PLLC, as Substitute Trustee or his duly appointed agent, by virtue of the power, duty and authority vested and imposed upon said Substitute Trustee will, on June 24, 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Front Door of the Lake County Courthouse, 229 Church Street, Tiptonville, TN 38079, proceed to sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash or certified funds ONLY, the following described property situated in Lake County, Tennessee, to wit:

OVERLAY WITH CW MIX
 Work must be completed and paid for in the 2025-2026 fiscal year.

Bids shall be received by the Lake County Highway Commission at 129 Headden Dr., Ridgely, TN 38080, until 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 25, 2025. The bid sheet shall be enclosed in a separate envelope marked “Bid”, thus, preventing opening of bid by mistake. No bids will be received or accepted after the above-specified time for the opening bid. Bids submitted after the designated hour will be deemed invalid and returned unopened to the bidder. No bidder may withdraw their bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of opening. The bidder shall comply with all State, Federal, and Local Laws and/or regulations. Special laws, regulations, and executive orders that are applicable to the bid shall include but not limited to: failure to list a specific law, etc., however, shall not act as a waiver of its enforcement.
