NOTICE OF BEER LICENSE APPLICATION

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to the Lake County Commission for an on-premises sale of beer at Roberson’s Refuge whose address is 3330 ST RT 21, Tiptonville, TN 38079.

The new owners are Alicia Tippit and Dave Roberson.

This application is on the agenda at 6:00 p.m., July 21st, 2025 at the meeting of the Lake County Commission.

YOU MAY BE PROSECUTED FOR PERJURY FOR ANY ORAL OR WRITTEN STATEMENT WHICH YOU MAKE UNDER OATH TO THE GRAND JURY, WHEN YOU KNOW THE STATEMENT TO BE FALSE, AND WHEN THE STATEMENT TOUCHES ON A MATTER MATERIAL TO THE POINT IN QUESTION.
