Lien: Marina lien, pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated § 66-19-212(a), on the
F/V RIVERINE ENTERPRISE (Official Number 282733) (“Collateral”)
You are in default of one or more terms of the Commercial Lease/Mooring Agreement entered into with the Northwest Tennessee Regional Port Authority (the “Port”) on April 1, 2017. As of August 31, 2025, you owe the Port $996,905.00 in unpaid leasing and mooring fees as itemized in the enclosed statement. The Port is in the possession of the Collateral and holds a lien on the Collateral pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated § 66-19-212(a).
Demand is hereby made for the amount of the claim set forth herein, as well as all of the fees and costs incurred in collecting on the amount owed under the Commercial Lease/Mooring Agreement including reasonable attorneys’ fees and the expenses incurred in repossessing, holding, selling and disposing of the Collateral, which shall be paid to the Port on or before September 24, 2025. Unless this amount is paid to the Port on or before September 24, 2025, the Port will sell the Collateral at a private sale on September 26, 2025 at 12:00 p.m. A sale could include a lease or license.
The private sale will take place at 4480 Cates Landing Road Tiptonville, Lake County, Tennessee, which is the place where the Collateral is currently moored and the place where the Port’s lien was acquired. This Notice will be published in The Lake County Banner on September 10, 2025 and September 17, 2025.
The proceeds from this sale shall first be applied to satisfy the Port’s lien, which includes the reasonable charges of notice, advertisement, and sale of the Collateral. Any additional proceeds will be held the Port until demand is made by you. If you fail to demand these proceeds within twelve months from the date of the sale, then the Port will turn over the balance to the trustee of the county for the benefit of the common schools of Lake County, Tennessee.
You can get the Collateral back at any time before we sell it by paying the full amount you owe, not just the past due payments, including our expenses. To learn the exact amount you must pay, call either Lee L. Piovarcy or Bryant T. Carlton – Martin, Tate, Morrow & Marston, P.C. – (901) 522-9000.
If you are in bankruptcy or have received a bankruptcy discharge, you may not be legally obligated to pay. You should consult your bankruptcy attorney.

It appearing to the Court from the allegations of the Petition, Motion for Publication and
the Affidavit of Diligent Search that the whereabouts of Brent Alexander are unknown and
cannot be ascertained by diligent search; therefore, the ordinary process of law cannot be
served upon Brent Alexander. It is, therefore, ORDERED that Brent Alexander be served by
publication with the following notice to be inserted in each publication one (1) time per week
for four (4) consecutive weeks. Publication shall run in a physical newspaper of general
circulation in the county in which the Respondent was last known to reside.

AUGUST 3, 2015 and KYLAN ALEXANDER, born on NOVEMBER 22, 2021; it further appears that
ordinary process of law cannot be served upon you because your whereabouts are unknown.
You are hereby ORDERED to appear in the Juvenile Court of Lake County, Tennessee located at
116 South Court Street, Tiptonville, Tennessee, on the 14 th DAY OF NOVEMBER, 2025 at 9:00
A.M. to personally answer the PETITION. Failing to appear for the hearing on this date and
time, without good cause, pursuant to the Tennessee Rules of Civil Procedure and the
Tennessee Rules of Juvenile Practice and Procedure, will result in the loss of your right to
contest the petition. You may view and obtain a copy of the Petition and any other
subsequently filed legal documents at the Lake County Juvenile Court Clerk’s Office.
