It appearing to the Court from the allegations of the Petition, Motion for Publication and
the Affidavit of Diligent Search that the whereabouts of Brent Alexander are unknown and
cannot be ascertained by diligent search; therefore, the ordinary process of law cannot be
served upon Brent Alexander. It is, therefore, ORDERED that Brent Alexander be served by
publication with the following notice to be inserted in each publication one (1) time per week
for four (4) consecutive weeks. Publication shall run in a physical newspaper of general
circulation in the county in which the Respondent was last known to reside.
It is further ORDERED that if Brent Alexander does not enter an appearance or
otherwise Answer the Petition, further personal service or service by further publication shall
be dispensed with and service of any future notices, motions, orders or other legal documents
in this matter may be made upon him by filing same with the Juvenile Court Clerk of Lake

You are hereby ORDERED to appear in the Juvenile Court of Lake County, Tennessee located at
116 South Court Street, Tiptonville, Tennessee, on the 14 th DAY OF NOVEMBER, 2025 at 9:00
A.M. to personally answer the PETITION. Failing to appear for the hearing on this date and
time, without good cause, pursuant to the Tennessee Rules of Civil Procedure and the
Tennessee Rules of Juvenile Practice and Procedure, will result in the loss of your right to

SECTION 00 11 13 NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Tiptonville, TN will receive sealed bids at City Hall at 130 S. Court Street, Tiptonville, TN 38079 until 1:00 PM (local time) on October 15, 2025 for:
The Construction of: City of Tiptonville Recreational Park Baseball Complex Renovation
The scope of this project is to construct improvements to facilities at Lake County Recreational Park. This includes the construction of a skills building, restroom building, asphalt parking lot, sports lighting and other associated improvements.

A 'thumb drive' containing Bidding Documents may be obtained at the office of Kimley-Horn, 6750 Poplar Avenue, Suite 600, Memphis, TN 38138, by paying a non-refundable fee of $100.00, in the form of a check made payable to "Kimley-Hom & Associates", per 'thumb drive'. Receipt of payment will place Bidder on an approved list.
A non-mandatory pre bid meeting will be held on October 02, 2025 at 10:00 AM (local time) at Tiptonville City Hall, 130 S Court Street, Tiptonville, TN 38079. Any questions and/or requested product substitutions related to the bid documents must be submitted by 5:00 PM on October 08, 2025. A final addendum shall be submitted by 12:00 PM (Noon) on October 13, 2025.
Each bid must be submitted on forms provided in Bid Documents and either accompanied by a Bid Bond, properly executed on the form provided, or Cashier's Check drawn on a National or Tennessee Bank in the amount of 5% of the Total Bid Price.
Bids filed as provided herein shall be publicly opened on October 15, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Tiptonville City Hall, 130 S. Court Street, Tiptonville, TN 38079.
Bids received after the time set for opening of bids, shall not be considered and will be returned unopened

The City of Tiptonville Board of Mayor and Aldermen date of meeting has been changed to Thursday, October 16, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at Tiptonville City Hall. Meetings are open to the public and those that are interested are encouraged to attend.
