Rules for the Wynnburg Convenience Center
Anyone who brings items to be disposed of at the convenience center must follow the instructions of the facility manager. There are certain items which cannot be taken, per State of Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation guidelines. Items which can be taken Must be put in the designated areas shown by the manager in order to make the facility more efficient and accessible. If people do not wish to follow instructions, management reserves the right to refuse access and if necessary notify the Lake County Sheriff’s Office for assistance. This is not to penalize anyone, but to maintain overall maintenance and compliance.

NOTICE OF COMPLETION
Notice is hereby given to the public that the contract known as Contract 325 – CDBG Street Paving Improvements has been completed. The work was funded by Community Development Black Grant Edison ID 16050 from the State of Tennessee, Department of Economic & Community Development. The work took place along various city streets in Tiptonville, TN. The owner of the project is the City of Tiptonville, TN. The prime contractor on the project was Ford Construction Company, 1311 E. Court Street
Dyersburg, TN 38024. The date of completion was July 21, 2025. Any person or firm having a claim against the project should notify Fran Hearn, CMFO, City of Tiptonville, 130 South Court Street, Tiptonville, TN 38079. Responses to this Notice must be received by December 23, 2025.
