NOTICE OF COMPLETION

Notice is hereby given to the public that the contract known as Contract 224 – ARP Lagoon Improvements has been completed. The work was funded by American Rescue Plan Grant 2022-8383 WW-PDC-01, 02, & 03 Combined from the State of Tennessee, Department of Environment & Conservation.  The work took place at the Tiptonville Sewage Lagoon, 2450 S.R. 21 W in Tiptonville, TN.   The owner of the project is the City of Tiptonville, TN.  The prime contractor on the project was Reagor Construction, Inc. P.O. Box 521, Newbern, TN   38059.   The date of completion was December 15, 2025. Any person or firm having a claim against the project should notify Fran Hearn, CMFO, City of Tiptonville, 130 South Court Street, Tiptonville, TN 38079.  Responses to this Notice must be received by January 6, 2026.
