Notice is hereby given that on January 13 of 2026 Letters Testamentary (or of Administration as the case may be) in respect of the estate of Joseph Ronald Faries, who died 9/1/2025, were issued to the undersigned by the Lake County Chancery Court of Lake County, Tennessee.  All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or unmatured, against the estate are required to file the same with the Clerk of the above-named Court on or before the earlier of the dates prescribed in (1) or (2) otherwise their claims will be forever barred:

  1. (A)   Four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting, as the case may be) of this

notice if the creditor received an actual copy of this notice to creditors at least sixty (60) days before date that is four (4) months from the date of the first publication (or posting); or

NOTICE OF COMPLETION


Notice is hereby given to the public that the contract known as Contract 325 – ARP Reelfoot Street Sewer Main Rehabilitation has been completed. The work was funded by American Rescue Plan funds ID. 2022-8383 WW-PDC-04 from the State of Tennessee, Department of Environment & Conservation.  The sewer main rehabilitation work took place in the City of Tiptonville, TN along segments of Reelfoot Street, Highway 78, Highway 21, and numerous city streets.  The Owner of the project is the City of Tiptonville, TN.  The Prime Contractor on the project was Inliner Solutions, LLC, 4520 N. State Road 37, Orleans, IN  47452-0186.  The date of completion was January 23, 2026. Any person or firm having a claim against the project should notify Fran Hearn, CMFO, City of Tiptonville, 130 South Court Street, Tiptonville, TN 38079.  Responses to this Notice must be received by March 13, 2026.
