WHEREAS, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms, and conditions of a Deed of Trust dated July 10, 2006, executed by Shirley Ann McKay, to D Scott as Trustee, for Citifinancial Services, Inc., and appearing of record on July 12, 2006, in the Register’s Office of Lake County, Tennessee, at Record Book 14, Page 295, and Instrument Number 4797.
