Potato Surprise
4 baking potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom
soup
1 t paprika
1/2 t pepper
1 c. cheddar cheese
(shredded)
Slice potatoes 1/4” thick.
Layer in greased casserole dish.
Sprinkle with cheese. Mix soup,
paprika and paper. Spoon over
top of potatoes. Bake covered
at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
Uncover and cook for 10
minutes more.

Turkey Casserole
6 c. turkey, chopped
4 eggs, boiled and shredded
1 c. celery, chopped
8 oz. can water chestnuts
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 sm. Jar pimentos
Combine all ingredients.
Place in casserole dish and bake
at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
