Notice is hereby given that on the 9 day of March, 2026, LETTERS

ADMINISTRATION in respect of Terry Hall Pierce, deceased were issued to the undersigned by the Clerk of the Chancery Court of Lake County, Tennessee.

All persons, resident and non-resident, having claims, matured or un-matured, against his estate are required by law to file the same with the Clerk of the above named Court within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, otherwise their claims will be forever barred.

The City of Ridgely is requesting sealed bids from qualified vendors for the purchase and installation of:

1 - 10HP, 4 cylinder fill station for the SCBA units used by the Ridgely Volunteer Fire Department.

 

All bids must be received by April 8th, 2026, at 1:00 PM,  at 140 North Main Street, Ridgely TN 38080

Sealed bids must be clearly marked: SCBA Fill Station Bid

The City of Ridgely reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and accept the bid deemed in the best interest of the City.
